The famous Guruvayur Ekadashi Festival, Merpatour Statue Installation Day, Narayaneyam Day and Kuchela Day are also held during Mandaram and are the busiest season in Guruvayur. During this period, "Ketunira" and "Maraidal" are specially held in front of the Sasta Shrine inside the temple.
