The company is located in Panzhou City, Guizhou Province.It is mainly based on raw coal mining, washing and processing.The production capacity of financing capital operations, power generation, installation, mining construction, machining and maintenance, instrumentation, quality control and testing exceeds 10 million tons of large coal enterprises .

At present, the company has five pairs of production mines, two pairs of managed mines (Xiangshui Coal Mine and Songhe Coal Mine), two pairs of mines under construction (Mayi Coal Mine and Hengpu Coal Mine), five coal processing plants, an electric power company. and a mining machine manufacturing company.
